Katrya slipped into an empty classroom, grateful for a chance to be alone. Term would soon be coming to an end, and her rambunctious classmates seemed to like running around in the halls and bumping into people, too filled with joy to even apologize. Having had two visions already today by way of these idiots, Katrya desperately needed a retreat.

Completely exhausted, she plopped down on the large chair in the classroom, setting her bag on the floor. At least O.W.L.s were over now; those had been a pair studying for in her condition. But next year, Katrya was prepared for the worst, a long haul of N.E.W.T. level classes matched with her even more frail body. She was not looking forward to that.

But Katrya was looking forward to the summer. Not for her mother's company; no, Terese hadn't been any sort of fun at all since Harold had died, and she was constantly fussing over Katrya. No, she just wanted to be away from the massive crowds and have a bit more alone time, which usually meant less visions, though not always. Lost in though, Katrya didn't notice the door to the classroom open until the person was already inside. Jumping slightly, she looked up at...

Demetri. He smiled gently at Katrya and waved slightly. Somehow he had known his sister would be here. She was constantly coming and going through this corridor, and he knew she would duck in here at some point. Demetri's smile faltered when he saw his sister's appearance. Surely Katy wasn't this skinny last time I spoke with her. he thought to himself. Demetri sat beside her and gave her a quick hug. "How're you holding up Katy?" He asked quietly.

There was a bright flash of red light and Katrya briefly saw her brother give a blonde girl a quick kiss on the lips. As her normal vision returned, Katrya turned angrily toward her brother. "Don't do that!" she hissed. He, of all people, ought to know enough about her to give her some space. But Demetri had always been a bit forgetful when it came to these things, plus she hadn't seen him in a while. "Wait," she said, now realizing who the girl in her vision was. "You're dating Safira Malfoy?"

Demetri immediately wanted to slap himself on the forehead. That was the second person to find out about his forbidden love, and the second to find out through his carelessness. He smiled sheepishly and nodded nervously. "You weren't supposed to see that... Dammit, I am a bit forgetful, aren't I?" he replied softly, getting to his feet. It angered him deeply that he could no longer touch his beloved Katrya without something going wrong. "That wasn't how I was going to tell you, believe me."

"Yeah, I figured," Katrya replied. "No one wants to tell me like that. But care to tell me how this came about? And why you're dating a girl in my year?" She leaned back against the couch, now even more tired from yet another vision. Katrya supposed it would've been nice if she could see straight as well, but she was getting used to that aspect. At least she hadn't thrown up, though she probably would if someone touched her again today. Her luck could only hold for so long, it seemed.

Demetri looked at his sister apologetically. He hated seeing her so frail and weak. He took a seat across from his sister, frowning. "She came into my class to look for a journal, and I asked her to stay a while. Then there was a thing at Hogsmeade... It was just a lot of different things thrown in the mix." He replied softly. He definitely wasn't going to mention the other parts.

Katrya nodded slowly, thinking that it was probably best if she didn't hear any more than Demetri had already told her. And she knew her brother wasn't trying to take advantage of Safira or anything, so it was alright with her, she was just more surprised than anything else. "Alright," Katrya replied, focusing her eyesight in on the crack between two stones in the wall, watching it go in and out.

Demetri watched Katrya. "Are you alright? You are disappearing right before my eyes, and I hate it." he said slowly. He knew his worry was dumb, but he couldn't help it. It seemed as if his sister, a beautiful young woman, was withering away. And he felt extraordinarily helpless. Demetri moved and sat beside his sister, but didn't touch her. He knew it would no doubt cause her to have another vision and another would cause her to faint. It was a frustrating ordeal, but he could do nothing about it.

Katrya turned to look at him, seeing double of her brother's figure. "Just dizzy," she replied with a shrug. It was actually easier than most people thought to see when you were dizzy, as long as you got enough practice. And Katrya certainly had plenty of practice. Katrya didn't quite know what to say about her "disappearing" so she remained quiet once more. She knew she looked fragile, but she had looked that way for a long time. Her face was like that of a child, though she was sixteen, and her hands were smaller than anyone she knew. But it didn't seem as though Demetri was referring to that. "I miss Dad," Katrya said after a moment.
